Tunnel to Towers 5K Run and Walk Sacramento Taking Place This Weekend

SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) – The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is hosting their 2025 Tunnel to Towers 5k Run & Walk Sacramento this Saturday, Nov. 1 in William Land Park.
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers.
SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) – The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is hosting their 2025 Tunnel to Towers 5k Run & Walk Sacramento this Saturday, Nov. 1 in William Land Park.
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers.
According to the foundation’s website, Tunnel to Towers Foundation has helped America’s heroes since Sept. 11, 2001 by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
The foundation is committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget Sept. 11, 2001.
